Pretty in Pink

[slideshow_deploy id='26355']In celebration of breast cancer awareness month, Samo students and teachers were encouraged to wear pink for "Pink Week". Each day having its own specific theme, students came to school decked in pinked pajamas, pink t-shirts and pink ribbons from Oct. 12-16. The whole week led up to the football game against Lawndale High School, in which players wore pink cleats, cheerleaders had pink pom-poms and pink ribbons were wrapped around the marching band's sousaphones.
