Senior Steering holds Rosti fundraiser

Senior Steering has been fundraising this week, Nov. 11 to 13, at Rosti to collect money for the senior class’ future activities and plans.

Located on 11th Street and Montana Avenue, Rosti is an Italian restaurant that offers Tuscan pizza and pasta. The restaurant has agreed to donate 15 percent of the profits to Senior Steering.

Senior Steering members offered pre-ordered lunches; students chose from a variety of dishes on the menu and lunches were delivered on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Although the lunch deliveries are over, the fundraiser at the Montana location will continue until Wednesday, Nov. 19.“We want to raise money for the senior class so we can participate in extra amazing activities and to potentially raise enough to make prom better than ever,” Senior Class Vice President Sean McHugh (’15) said.Although Senior Steering does not yet know the profit it has made, McHugh said Tuesday’s fundraiser was a success.
