Bad Moms movie review
“A Bad Moms Christmas”, opened on November 1 to $2.7 million in box office; better than “Bad Moms” (2016) did with $2.1 million. The sequel follows three moms, Amy, Kiki and Carla struggling to make the perfect christmas for their families, while having to deal with their problematic mothers who are visiting for the holidays. There was one scene in particular where I thought it was just dragging out for too long - a dodgeball scene when all three families went to Sky Zone together. The first few seconds were okay, a few audience members in the theater chuckled, but it quickly died out; it was just an awkward minute of over dramatic shots and overreacted facial expressions. It got boring and just a waste of time to see. Throughout the movie there were lots of cringey and cheesy moments, but nothing too bad overall. However, hearing the word “d*ck” twenty times within fifteen seconds was probably a bit unnecessary. Altogether, the movie was just a typical raunchy Hollywood film and able to enjoy with a group of friends.
