This win guaranteed them first place so far in the Ocean League. Though they have had an undefeated season so far, they still have to play each team for the second time.“So far, we have done a good job of overall execution. We also improved, throughout the season, sharing the ball,” Coach James Hecht said.Since the beginning of the season, there is no doubt in anyone's minds that the team has progressed. However, according to Hecht, there are still many games left to be played and the team still needs to improve in certain areas.“As a coach, I’m always going to say that we need to improve our execution. We need to be more physical, more aggressive,” Hecht said. The team has worked very hard for their high placement throughout the season, but still has much left to do.“I’m very pleased with how the season has turned out so far,” Hecht said. “It’s enjoyable to come to practice every day.”abiraben@thesamohi.com
